And with participants from over 100 countries, you're not just competing with the best from your university or even your country – you're competing with the world.

• Who's Behind It? Inchainge, a name synonymous with top-tier business simulations.
• Who Can Participate? If you're a full-time student at the bachelor or master level, under 30, and haven't been to the global finals before, you're in!
• The Game: Participants get to manage their virtual company, "The Fresh Connection", a fruit juice manufacturer. But here's the catch – it's underperforming. Your task? Turn it around.

The challenge is simple – on paper. Get a declining fruit juice manufacturing company back to its glory days. But as any business student knows, the devil is in the details. From finance to purchasing, supply chain to sales, every decision you make impacts not just your department but the entire company.

While there's no million-dollar check waiting for you at the end, the rewards are arguably better. The title of Global Champion, for one. But more than that, it's the exclusive membership to a community network, the professional training, and the bragging rights of having bested students from over 700 universities.

The competition is fierce, with unexpected turns at every corner. Teams compete in the global qualifications rounds using "The Fresh Connection" business simulation. Each member assumes a role – from VP Finance to VP Sales – and together, they make decisions to steer their virtual company to success.

The competition is open to students who have experienced Inchainge's business simulations – The Fresh Connection, The Cool Connection, or The Blue Connection. And if you haven't? Well, there's always next year.
