• Who? Undergrads and master's students from select UK universities. Sorry, Oxford and Cambridge, you're not the only brainiacs around. Also sorry all the other not-listed universities. At least they don't care if you study undergraduate or master.

The mission, should you choose to accept it, is to brainstorm solutions for a key challenge that's currently giving a nonprofit sleepless nights. And no, you won't be doing it alone. You'll team up, university-style, and present your genius ideas to a panel of McKinsey consultants and the nonprofit's bigwigs.

Hold onto your student ID cards, because this is where it gets juicy. The winning team gets a cool £1000 for each member. That's a lot of ramen noodles! But wait, there's more. You also get a McKinsey mentor for six months. Talk about leveling up your LinkedIn profile!

After you've been selected (fingers crossed!), you'll be prepped on the fundamentals of consulting. You'll then work on the case, brainstorm with your team, and finally, present your solution. And hey, McKinsey's even covering your travel expenses. Classy, right?
